RAD-Innovations is excited to be participating in the 4th Annual New England Cerebral Palsy Conference on October 7, 2019 in Hartford, CT. David Black, founder/owner of RAD-Innovations, will be speaking about adaptive and inclusive cycling and RaceRunning.

The break-out session, titled “Adaptive/Inclusive Cycling & RaceRunning for People with Cerebral Palsy” is designed to introduce attendees to the joys and benefits of adaptive cycling for anyone with CP. He’ll also provide an introduction to RaceRunning, an internationally recognized disability sport that’s gaining interest in the United States.
Adaptive and inclusive cycling has long been recognized as an excellent way for individuals with mobility issues to experience freedom of movement and enjoy the outdoors. David and the team at RAD-Innovations have years of experience building bikes and trikes to meet the needs of people with a variety of disabilities, and have witnessed first-hand the lasting benefits, both physical and mental, these adaptive bikes bring to their owners. RAD-Innovations has been working with RaceRunning as a product and a sport over the last 8 years and are enthusiastically working to help introduce this life-changing disability sport to  North America. Whether it’s for exercise, competition, social connections, or just the pure thrill of a new way to ride, there’s nothing quite like it!

RAD will have variety of trikes, bikes and RaceRunners for conference attendees to check out and take on demo rides. If you haven’t had a chance to see adaptive bikes and/or RaceRunners up close before, this is the perfect opportunity to learn more.

The New England Cerebral Palsy Conference, hosted by Green Mountain Support Services, is the only conference of its kind on the East Coast. Conference participants have the opportunity to gain a greater understanding of cerebral palsy, learn about available services and support, meet others affected by CP, and find inspiration and encouragement to improve their lives. RAD-Innovations is honored to participate in this unique event and we hope to see you there!

RAD-Innovations has been designing, manufacturing, selling and distributing the world’s best adaptive bikes and products for over 25 years. We work collaboratively with our clients from the initial concept to the final product, and every bike and mobility product is specifically tailored to each client’s needs and abilities.
